Things are worth what people are prepared to pay for them. Nothing has an
intrinsic value. No doubt you're paying for your house either via rent or
mortgage, yet someone would have to pay me to live where you live.

They'd have to pay you to live in an area with only 632 recorded crimes
(HO 10 categories) in the last 12 months, excellent schools, good
employment and reasonable wages?
