Very true, but aren't we talking about whether people know about the highway
code, road priorities etc etc? If people followed all the rules in the
highway code, then a large number of accidents would be avoided. I don't see
what is hard to understand about that!

Especially in London. Problem is that they're so used to everyday
abuse on the roads that they become immune to it.
