I think the law should specify that the slower car in the left lane may remain their as long as it's passing other cars with a certain minimum differential, say, 3mph. What irks me is when someone hogs the left lane driving the same speed, or perhaps 0.1mph faster, than the right lane, and it takes a couple of minutes for them to advance the necessary few carlengths to move over or create an opening for me to pass on the right. -- Ciao, Paul D.
