Exactly - and this is where your argument in support of mobile phone useage not causing accidents falls down. Other than where a driver has actually been *seen* using a mobile - how do we know? There may have been thousands of accidents caused by mobile phone useage - but they are not recorded as such because no one saw the driver using his phone. Kev
