The incident, which also involved a Ford Transit and a Mondeo, happened on the A189 Spine Road, just south of the North Seaton roundabout, at lunchtime. The 70-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene. A man and a woman in the Mondeo were injured, but not seriously. A 22-year-old man has been was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving. Graham Llewellyn, 65, from Shrewsbury, had a "momentary lapse of inattention" when his load hit Andras Gadacsi near the Milton Interchange in August 2009. The lorry was carrying a portable building which hit the rider, who was thrown under the vehicle. At Oxford Crown Court, Llewellyn was sentenced to 200 hours community work. 'Huge effect' He was also disqualified from driving for 18 months. Llewellyn told police that he "just didn't see" Mr Gadacsi. The Hungarian, who was living in Oxford, died from his injuries at the scene. Llewellyn admitted causing death by careless driving in June. Sgt Richard Thorpe, from Thames Valley Police, said: "These accidents have a huge effect on all the families and all the people surrounding it. Thomas Kahl, 18, from Kidlington, was declared dead at the scene on the A4620 Banbury Road near Thrupp, Kidlington, on 10 July. The 54-year-old male driver of the car was held on suspicion of causing death by careless driving while under the influence of alcohol. Mr Kahl's family said the teenager "always had a smile on his face"."
