Now the EPA is used as a taxing base, tax according to compliance will
be the standard and the rich will pay the tax and get the freedom to
pollute you while you can't afford the EPA tax.

Welcome to VAT and "Cap and tax" taxing your environment, the massed
use to much water then tax it... use too much oil and put an EPA tax on
it.

Taxing is used to keep you poor so you are kept a "slave".... Like
speeding tickets are a tax..... they get money and you are kept working
to replace the money taxed away. The whole system is set to keep you
trying to work to pay taxes, if they wanted an equal punishment on the
SLAVES AND THOSE THAT ARE RICH ENOUGH TO NOT WORK, the cost would be
time. I value my time the same as you value an hour of your time.

Yet the rich powers that be refuse to make crimes equal.... they want
to use money which they have an advantage on as their measure of
punishment. Every crime should be time based so that it is equal.

if someone pollutes your land - how do you stop it?

don't most of us expect the govt to help out?

your positions are not rational guy. you're 100% idealogical and 0%
practical.

You may not like or trust the govt - fair enough - but your
alternatives to someone polluting your property or few without a govt.

The EPA ...for example.. protects the elderly, children, and those
with compromised immune systems by limiting just how much pollution
can be released in places where people live. we call them non-
attainment areas.

The EPA will relocated and compensate those whose land has been
polluted so much that they are a danger to them.. We call them
superfund sites.

The EPA limits the amount of mercury that can be released ... that
harms kids

Without the EPA and organizations like it - you'd have no clue whether
what you ate or drank or breathed was dangerous to you or not... much
less how to stop someone from doing it.
