Anyhow, you wouldn't have got that warm glowing feeling of helping a
damsel in distress if I'd not asked on here... :)

Website doesn't work anyway. As I said, it won't accept the reg docu
ref number. Nothing to do with it being a new purchase, they never
asked that, it first asks for the ref, but won't accept it.
