Hell that's still on the low side considering all the crashes caused
by super speeders. Make it a $1000 and take away their license for a
few year,s otherwise rich people will just speed and pay the fine no
matter how high.

Why don't you compare deaths per person-hour of activity for driving
versus other activities.

People die each year in cars in what appear to be large numbers because
people do a *very* large amount of traveling by road.

republicans prefer sales taxes as it taxes the rich less.
