I'm saying what I said originally, and that is apprecieship rates have been
dwindling for years. Try reading that a few times and see if you can
understand what *I'm* saying. Not what *you* think I mean.

Feel free to cite a reference, and while your at it perhaps you could post
the number of apprenticeships taken up in say, the last 5 years compared
with 25 years ago.
