No bicycles squeezing by on the right. Unless there's a reserved bicycle
lane, I'm not looking for them there. And if I turn right and squash one
of them trying to sneak by, well then that's their problem, not mine.

But the mouse, or the cyclists in this case, want to be underfoot. We
built them dedicated bicycle lanes and they still ride parallel to them
up on the street. So the city is taking them back.
