Huh? 3 cents difference between Arco and one of the 'regular' stations? Not
for quite a while.

I try to buy gas at Costco (lower prices AND a 3% rebate) whenever I can,
otherwise Arco for cash.

25 cents a gallon on 17 gallons = what I regard as a significant amount of
money rather than a few pennies.

Based on the Wall Street Journal articles (hardly a left wing rag)
that I have read, the BP operation was a disaster waiting to happen.
Check them out in your local library or if you have an online
subscription read them online.

Me neither, because if I see a line - which I do from time to time;
oddly enough where I am it is at a BP station that is generally the
lowest price in the area - I continue on to find a station with no
wait to call for petrol.
