No it doesn't say. I am making a guess. it's probably a new form of DWB.

And another story, cop runs over a kid on a bicycle. Death penalty for
not obeying his authoritah.

You're missing the bigger issue, the expanded [mis]use of Tasers.

Taser use is supposed to be for when lethal force is called for, but they
don't want to use their gun to actually kill the suspect. That use I support
100%, when the case is genuine that the officer's life is in danger unless
they use the Taser in place of their gun.

Any other use is, plain and simple, just used for pain compliance and that
is clearly torture. My own opinion is that Taser use of that kind should be
unconstitutional, and that any officer using their Taser in that way really
should be charged with attempted murder.

I am also not sure sure the Taser is as safe as it is presented to be.

First, they are still causing internal electrical burns on the person at the
minimum, using a shock strong enough that it is intended to disrupt the
muscles (likely including the heart). Second, all of the supposed safe
demonstrations of the Taser are shown with the person standing, held by two
people, with the Taser used in drive-stun (direct contact) mode in the lower
back instead of the shot probes mode--compare that to the unrestrained
people being shot in the upper back or chest, then shocked in shot probe
mode, also taking hard falls form the initial shock and then thrashing about
unrestrained for the duration of the shock (then repeat if the officer gives
multiple shocks). Finally, there are way too many videos of the police
officer yelling at the person who was just shocked to move *now*, totally
ignorant of basic biology that requires at least a second or two for muscles
to recover from such a shock--in those cases I think that those officers
seriously need to be retrained to control their adrenaline and be fully
aware of the effects of the shock, or else they should not even be able to
allowed to carry a Taser on them at all.

Not really, just not addressing it here to keep it on traffic issues.

Pretty much. It's just about torture. Keeping us serfs and slaves in
line.
