That's all good when no one uses the toll road but it sucks when the
toll roads are just as congested as every other road and they make sure
there are no ways of avoiding them.

Yes, but at least Labor hasn't turned any freeways already paid for by
motorists into Toll Ways like Kennett did. Still arseholes though by
building FREEWAYS in the West, and TOLLWAYS in the East! FFS sake at least
be fair and make them ALL tollways so the tolls can be reduced and everyone
gets a fair(er) go!!!!

Maybe tolling the Western Ring Road would reduce the traffic volumes so
that its not a permanent car park to be avoided wherever possible, its
so bad most of the time it makes the Monash look good.
At least the traffic flows on EastLink.
