:-) My mistake, I thought that is the right way, but while I wrote it I
got it mixed up :-)

What about this? Do you think it's a good idea?

That would certainly work very well. If you have the time to make it,
why not. The annular discharge holes around the entire circle will work
well but I'd suggest making the holes a little bit larger diameter, even
though the total area of all the little holes would be larger than the
one main pipe - due to boundary layers (and possibly the entry and exit
to each tiny hole being sharper)

The best part about your new design is that you could use an 'insert' as
the venturi section, and then experiment with new designs that could
slide into place with different venturi diameters. In fact you've more
or less created the '45DCOE weber' of lpg amos rings!

If you go ahead and make that one, I _really_ want to hear more, it's a
great idea!

for trivia, here is some of the stuff I mentioned about my combination.
I can't get any more pics right now as I need the car on the road!

I will first test the one I am currently working on (like the model I
made of cardboard). If it perform good I'll stop there, if not I will
fabricate this new one. And I will report here, you were all very
helpfull.
