Tax disc law What a palava! I ordered a replacement tax disc online on 20th Feb. It has still not turned up but the DVLA site asks people to wait five working days for it to arrive, so it may get here next week. If I passed my car test in 2001, what vehicles can I drive without additional testing/licences? I know it changed at some point and I even need an additional test for towing, but what is the upper weight limit for a vehicle.
