Burnout would seem to be Ken Lay's particular problem... a tired old
copper who can't handle the job anymore. As for the police and media
hype as it applies to Lewis Hamilton, would someone care to enlighten
me as to when a bit of wheelspin becomes a "burnout"?

I saw the car being carted off on the TV and the tyres all looked
fine!!! :)

There were two points:

1) we have too many laws
2) celebrities should cop the same punishments as the rest of us
