slow lanes vary depending on the locale and time of day.

It could also be due to Enablers allowing LastMinute Lane-changers(LMLs)
in and screwing up traffic flow.The MFFY schmucks wait until the very last
minute and then try to merge into a backed-up line of traffic,and the
enabler brakes to "JLEDI" and causes a ripple effect back thru the line,and
really slow things up.

What is "stond"?


"JLEDI" is Just Let Em Do It.
