Mine is south bound after the Whitestone bridge in Queens NY.
Second lane from the right before the Van Wyke split.
Traffic is stond in this lane before the Van Wyke split.

slow lanes vary depending on the locale and time of day.

It could also be due to Enablers allowing LastMinute Lane-changers(LMLs)
in and screwing up traffic flow.The MFFY schmucks wait until the very last
minute and then try to merge into a backed-up line of traffic,and the
enabler brakes to "JLEDI" and causes a ripple effect back thru the line,and
really slow things up.

What is "stond"?


"JLEDI" is Just Let Em Do It.
