On a slightly more serious note, the full video is available (or was) on
"Police stop" - a TV show. Overall he he didn't display any evidence of not
knowing what he was doing.

I've just remembered why Brimstone appears to be being more than usually
concerned about this case - he regularly drives without a seatbelt.
