The early parts of the Bond film "You Only Live Twice", shot mostly in
Japan, was basically an ad for the 2000GT. It was on TV a couple of
weeks ago.

Yes, but IIRC, they only made a convertible for the film. The rest
were hard tops. Nontheless, a gorgeous car.

To be precise, it wasn't a convertible, it was roofless :) Connery
wouldn't have fitted into a hardtop, so they cut the roof off.
