The latter was in fact called Austin-Healey (from a collaboration
between one Donald Healey and Austin) although ignert folks
frequently leave out the hyphen (same as they do for Rolls-Royce). :)

I had the blue one and the V6 Capri was no match whatsoever for the XU-1 as
those who were game enough to try me found out. Even the Valiant Charger V8
was no match.

The 318 maybe,..but not the 340 Charger.
