Or the driver I saw just a few minutes ago... I'm biking going 22mph in a 25mph zone. Driver races up on me at 35mph passes, slows to about 15mph for the stop sign and keeps on going through a left turn. The vehicle simply doesn't matter, people drive and bike largely the same way.

At least around here, the drivers are slow and stupid. (I know that's not the case where you live.) But why do assume this guy was doing something wrong. He was a guy riding alone, no lycra suit, not a homeless... Just another terrorist act by the driver.
