No proof is needed. All eugenicists cited Darwin, from the Soviet
Union to the Nazis to the USA's forced sterilization programs. That's
a matter of public record, and it doesn't mean they were citing him
correctly. If he weren't available, they would have cited some other
idea. That's how genocide works; it's yet another evolutionary
adaptation to population pressures. You start by claiming the
population you are exterminating is forcing you, somehow, to do it.
I'm sure we can find modern examples of that.

And all those hospitals and such in the name of Jesus are nice - so
long as they weren't also systems to force you, under duress, to
convert!
