Yes - drives you batty doesn't it? Even on dipped it's blinding because
when the car is on the wrong side - the lights 'dip' out towards the centre
of the road.

Parking at night

You MUST NOT park on a road at night facing against the direction of
the traffic flow unless in a recognised parking space.

But its only effective if It's been taught in lessons and enforced by
plods.
How many beat plods do you think will know that code?
