You mean like this one:

I really should do some updated photos. That looks terrible. I don't
even remember how long ago I took the prime solenoid off the convertor!

IIRC, that's actually a Nolff's (OHG copy) convertor with an OHG front
cover - the prime button on the Nolff's was 1mm bigger OD and the Gann
prime solenoid pushed the prime button part way down just screwing the
solenoid base onto the cover...

The state of infrastructure in New South Wales is a disgrace.
I'm a Libran Engineer. I don't argue, I discuss.

It wont run on gas atall now. solenoids are all clicking and getting
12v at the right times (briefly on ignition key and then with engine
revs).

It must be blocked somewhere or a solenoid has packed up (but is still
clicking)

Am going to go to the gas place tommorrow.

Just discovered the vapouriser on my 101 was sticky with heavy ends,
which is why it wouldn't start today.

Why are problems INFECTIOUS?

There should be, it should be at the bottom of the vapouriser. Not, like
mine, at the top :-(

Presumably, if the writing on the thing reads "right way up", then the
lowest screw on the box will be the drainer....

On my Stefanelli, that rules true but OMHV, err. no, YMMV.
