Do the ute and wagon run the same rear suspension? I thought they were different, and every ute I've seen has looked like a 180B from the rear while the wagons don't seem to have the same problem. -- Regards, Noddy.

I said to my other half "Have you figured out how much these things weigh?". She hadn't. I did the calculations later. > So, a slow trip with lots of very gradual braking then? :) Not too bad actually. Bumpstops as I pulled onto the street and headed off to the Freeway. At 100Kph you could wiggle the steering wheel and detect a hint of sway BUT, you'd have to provoke it to get anything really nasty. Even heading up a steep hill it did OK (extra 500rpm on the auto). Mind you, I wouldn't want to do this on any regular basis.

Wagon has an extra bar/link or somesuch under it, which differentiates it from all other VE suspensions. > > I thought they were different, and every ute I've seen has looked like a > 180B from the rear while the wagons don't seem to have the same problem. With the (over)load on board I couldn't detect any significant camber change....and I did look for it.
