I could think of many more practical ways of using 1000 hours than making a tin-foil Porsche/bicycle. eg> Cutting rust out of an EK Holden garaged on the coast, or fixing oil-leaks in a British car, or the ultimate, just attempting to keep a '74 Passatt roadworthy :-) Ooorr, convincing the missus 8 cans is not too much beer to drink at the dragstrip.
