: How exactly?
: I've met a *lot* of drunik people over the years, and been drunk more than a
: few times myself, and I can tell you that there are sad drunks, happy
: drunks, violent drunks, content drunks, loud drunks, quiet drunks, fuckwit

: Alcohol *doesn't* turn rational people into cavemen every time.
Thats fine, lets look up all the dickheads BEFORE they have a drink then.

Gawd. What a crock :) Next you'll be feeding us some bullshit about how
there's never been a copper who's made a wrong call, or that no one has ever
got an undeserved ticket :)

If the guy drove the car while he was pissed then I'd have no problem with
the coppers dragging him out and executing him on the side of the road.
However, he *didn't* drive the car, and it seems the only reason he was
charged was because the coppers suspected he *might*. Coppers are no more
qualified to make such judgements than you or I, yet for some reason you
seem to think they're able to do so.
I find that pretty strange.

No argument here.

Not "officially", but you'd have to be a pretty dumb copper not to be able
to make your mind up in such a case. Simply blindly following the "book"
doesn't do much for their image.

Nothing to do with communism (which doesn't even work, like your bait).
People no longer take any responsibility for their own actions and have no
respect for others and their property (and deemed to be OK by people like
you) so it's simply a case of cause and effect.
