Well, madly in love with a lady who pays the penny slots then picks 18
lines, she might think she getting good deal.

What you have described is not a CR raffle. With a CR raffle, you do
need to send back the tickets to enter. This is typical of a raffle, so
nothing unusual there.

The odds of winning depend on the number of raffle entries, so nothing
unusual there. CR clearly says that a donation is not required in order
to play the raffle.

I have no problem with those raffles. As a CR subscriber, I received one
last week (or it might have been the week before).
