On wild life / nature documentaries on TV, I have seen a type of small
frog walk on water, by using the surface tension of water to support
its own weight.

Yes, there is also a type of lizard that can run on water.
Apparently, it is technically possible for a man to RUN on water, but to
do so, they would have to attain a speed of about 70mph ish.
