Disgusting. Does this means that older cars that are written off for
economic reasons and not for excessive damage are now not available for
enthusiasts and non dealers?

What a fucked idea
a registered repairable write off has to be inspected before it can be
reregistered anyway, or it should be that way, this stops dodgy non repairs

The biggest losers won't be the insurance companies at all
it will be Jonh Q Premium payer
stand by for a huge jump in premiums

I expect the big pundits for this "the big wreckers" will try to
introduce in all states when after a wovy the car is certified safe
Two of my own daily drivers were righten off on the register and all
that was bent was some tin , nothing structural .
Bloody wovys are now getting way exespensive for the 45 minutes
usually spent on the cars
