I didn't think he was that bad. Thatcher was absolutely shocking. Her legacy was
quite destructive in parts, not least the near elimination of British
manufacturing in favour of a 'service economy'. According to the pundits,
Britain now has a post-industrial economy. I wonder where all the jobs are going
to come from ?

Exactly the kind of thing that Airbus means. There's a closer watch on that form
of intrinsic corruption in Europe.

Yep - that was the US. $125 million sent to the Taliban who were
harboring Al Qaeda who was plotting to blow up the WTC.

Maybe, just maybe, we should put American interests ahead of Al Qaeda's
next time.
