Should be a pretty straightforward job for a specialist house
removalist, whether it's on stumps, stilts or piers. Somewhat more
involved, but not impossible, if it were on a slab (which it isn't).

Biggest problem moving it in suburbia is likely to be the height.

Not much chance of a house in Melb that age being on a slab, it most
likely looks low because over the many years since it was built gardens
and paths have been built up around it.
