Its nearer 85 in France - 130kph when its dry. They don't seem to have a
problem!

And once they hippies manage to get 20 enforced everywhere they'll
start a campaign for it to be 15, then 10 eventually they'll want to make all
local roads car free and you'll have to park your car in large municple
car parks near A roads and walk the rest of the way.
