The legend in your image area says to resize a photo hold down the shift
key and drag with the left mouse button. Unfortunately, this no longer
has any effect on the photo. I tried it with the right mouse button and
with both buttons down to no avail.

You need a new disclaimer saying that the Resize photo feature is not
working.

Worked for me on Firefox 3 and IE 7. There is a javascript bug on the
page but didn't get in the way of resizing the image.
