I didn't understand why you said ' it's worth waiting a little bit and getting the TDCi version' as there seems to be quite a lot out there already. I'd just been putting TDi in the autotrader search! The TDCi's don't seem to be much more expensive than the TDi's so I'll probably go for one of them.

Personally I'd have a TDDi in the right colour and specification, but really, I'd forever kick myself for not getting the TDCi... -- The DervMan www.dervman.com

Have you thought about a Mondeo - you'll probably get a newer one, with the more desireable TDCi engine, for the same kind of money. Of course, they're bloody huge in comparison, but, from behind the wheel they don't feel as big as they look. -- Steve H 'You're not a real petrolhead unless you've owned an Alfa Romeo' www.italiancar.co.uk - Honda VFR800 - Hongdou GY200 - Alfa 75 TSpark Alfa 156 2.0 TSpark - B6 Passat 2.0TDI - COSOC KOTL BoTAFOT #87 - BoTAFOF #18 - MRO # - UKRMSBC #7 - Apostle #2 - YTC #

In what way is the Mondeo estate bigger than the Focus estate? I'm mainly interested in having the front seats reasonably spacious and a lot of luggage space. The rear seat will only be used for baby and toddler. There seem to be very few TDCi Mondeo's on Autotrader. |
