Much of my work for the past three and one-half decades has been covered by
copyright law.

Would you care to cite the particular aspect of copyright law that allows
you to plagiarize copy from other websites and printed material?

I am not questioning you being and expert and all but I think it is
called a quotation whenever you reveal the source...no?
Plagiarism is when you take something and claim that it is you who
came up with it.

The front page of Hobart's web site states specifically,

"Copyright 2007 All Rights Reserved"

The copyright notice in the Prentice-Hall book "Modern Welding Technology"
from which Hobart quoted the welding definition states in black and white,

"All rights reserved. No part of this book may be reproduced in any form or
by any means without permission *in writing* from the publisher."

Gotta' believe Hobart has that letter on file.......

Gotta' believe you don't - placing YOU in violation of copyright law.....

Go find yourself a good lawyer - one who knows a little - make that a LOT -
more about copyright law than you do........

Oh yeah, I've sent a note to a friend of mine who works at Prentice Hall
suggesting that he log into your website.......

You DO want MORE traffic, don't you?

That's why you're SPAMMING newsgroups, isn't it?

You do participate in online discussions right?
Like this one for instance...Do you get paid for posting here?
Probably not.
Wouldn't you be glad to get $10 here and there? All it takes is 100
posts.
This discussion that we are making here...would already make $2...
And how much time have you spent do it? Probably not too much...
And I bet you anything you enjoyed it.
