The correct tool attached to a socket ratchet will do just nicely. Unless yoru drill has the torque
of Zues it aint gunna undo a seat bolt like that.

If you cant find the right tool at home find someone that does. Its easy to knacker those bolt heads
withthe wrong tool.
A Mechanic or Car Audio installer will have those. I think that they are refered to as "Torx" bits.

OK, thanks everyone, looks like I will try with a ratchet spanner and
the torix bit, and failing that take it to the garage
