For various reasons, speedos over-read. This is usually by 3-5 MPH.
AOn an Mway, drive a set distance as shown by the "mileposts".20
MIles or 30 KM should do.
Record the 'mileppst' readding at start and finish and odometer
reading at the same times Compute and see how far the damn thinmg is
off.

Drvie 20k miles and repeat and see how much tyre diameter change has
changed your error.
