In MY observation, a HIGHER percentage of pedestrians and cyclists break the
law, then do MOTORISTS. Pedestrians/cyclists don't have to PAY for a
licence. They don't have to REGISTER their means of transportation. They
don't have to INSURE their means of transportation and, on the average, they
pay LESS taxes than the average motorist. IN OTHER WORDS, THEIR (pedestrians
and cyclists ) rights should be LESS than those WHO PAY.
