I'm sure if it is presidential or similar transport, there would be at
least one hidden away, along with the bomb proof undershielding, the
hoseable rear seat might come in useful after the after show party in
the car.

Hmm. The rear seats of american police cruisers are not comfortable
places to be transported. I suspect that being easy to clean is largely
the reason for that.
