And the answer is NO.
108 to 110 OK.
100 to 108 get lost.
100 to 110 just going to die.

AND the spigot had better fit perfect or get spigot rings to make sure
the wheel runs true.

or 'PRI' that I used to race with. Nowhere near that outfit though.

Hehehe. I've splayed the studs out a bit then hammered a 4 stud wheel
with a PCD a few mm out on in a banger derby. So it's possible to fit
wheels with the wrong PCD but you'd be nuts to do it on a car you're
planning to use on the road.

Its not a matter of opinion, it's fact. Correct PCD is absolutely critical.
