tires with special hubcaps - and custom valve stem caps shaped like
bullet casings."

Now look at the photo.

I see the tinted windows... The engine looks like an inline 4. Unless
that's one hello of bank angle, it's 4 cylinder. Plus the intake is
somewhere between the firewall and the valve cover. The wheels look like
stock wheels. Maybe not what her car had from the factory, but they
aren't special or 'oversized'. They might even be alloy wheels. Hard to
tell from the photo if they are alloy or have those alloy-looking
hubcaps over steel rims.
