I am guessing you're familiar with the clean way political plunder is
done in the US and Europe through leglislation and the courts. In China
the violence and the theft isn't made so clean. Some times, people
actually fight back too:

Not sure what you are getting at. That is the difference between the
US/Europe and China. In China it's out in the open and people aren't
kooks when they resist.

Yes, and the State suborns and encourages it, which is more than
'effectively' Fascism. The closest economic model to modern day China is
Nazi Germany. The social model is somewhat different, though.
