You are asserting that the reason for children throwing stones etc at cars is a direct reaction to the fact that children sometimes get knocked down by cars. Do you have even one tiny shred of evidence for such a claim? I very much doubt that such a thought enters their heads. Once again, you are just making up excuses for other people's criminal behaviour.
