There is only a partial meaning latched on to that bit of English, as
far as I can discern.

However, "tu quoque" is a term used in logic.

Don't look it up just yet, start by looking up "logic" - that's
clearly a concept with which you are unfamiliar as well.

There is however a lot of scope for claiming that murder by use of a car was
merely a terrible and tragic accident and it could be a lot more difficult
to prove otherwise.
