"productivity" ...believe it or not .. includes re-building homes after a hurricane... or putting in a new highway that is a convenience but not a necessity... and producing thousands of useless military items that got upgraded and no longer used.

Both items are recorded as part of GDP. a porno film is counted as GDP as well as plastic horns used at soccer matches. kapische? |
