Mondeo Catalytic Converter problem I have a 97 (R) 2.0i ford mondeo which is suffering from a serious loss of power, it won't go over 40mph. I think that the catalytic converter is the fault as for the past few months it has had a rattle on start up and sometimes whilst running (this rattle has now stopped). Is Araldite ok for metal? On my rather old tube of 'regular' Araldite it says it is ok for metal. If this is so then why would I ever use one of those 2-part adhesives sold specially for metal?
