If driving is a priviledge granted by government, government can put what ever strings it wants on it. If driving is a right, government can only regulate, referee, the interaction with others to protect everyone's rights with punishments to those who violate the rights of others.

The only thing specious and bogus are the claims of victory by Larry and k_flynn. Their only responce has been: "You've been proven wrong in the past, so you are wrong." In the past?
