I never used the words "old banger" that is your description, I used the
more accurate and definitive adjectives of, oldest/slowest - worst braking.

Why were you worried about it, in this case it merely means the weakest link
in the chain, and to set the standard by that.

The problem is with using Outlook Express to respond to a post made using
google groups.

I have the same problem and use Thunderbird to reply to GG users. (I'm
looking at OE quotefix now but I'm not sure I'll stick with it).
