argumentative, rhetorical posters fail to indent their posts properly! To
address your half-point; The police enforce the laws in this country, so the
above quoted law would be enforced by the police - that is generally how it
works in this country!

I didn't imply, I clearly stated that it is not illegal. Neither is

Ahh - but the police probably won't stop you and charge you for breaking a
law if you bang your head on the wall, but they will if you undertake,
thereby breaking the dwdca law.
